Garden in the Cotswolds

Designed by Dan Pearson this Georgian rectory is tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds. It was a fantastic opportunity to work with Dan and his team on a garden that required a great level of sensitivity in order to achieve the design objectives.

Variations of stone were used throughout to create a stylish and understated feel to the garden. New terraces and paths were constructed using sawn stone paving. Dry stone walls were created using a combination of reclaimed and local quarried stone for a sympathetic build style.

A natural clay lined pond was constructed with a link to the narrow stone lined canal that is situated in the heart of the garden. We were also involved with the construction of the new pool and assisted with the stunning array of planting that has made this such a special garden.
